In today’s world, we are constantly met with conflict. Some conflicts occur as a natural part of life; there is nothing we can do anything to stop them, and we can only deal with them as they come. However, much of the conflict in life comes from dealing with difficult people. How do we work through conflict with those individuals, be they managers, employees, vendors, or partners, who we find hard to work with? In this course, individuals will learn strategies for dealing with difficult people. They will learn the strategies for listening for potential problems, as well as how to deal with conflicts when they arise. At the end of the course, individuals each create an action plan for putting the concepts learned into practice.
